What We Build — and Where the Limit Is
A ~10-person team of senior makers taking on the pieces larger shops decline: complex openwork, thin-walled structure, coloured gold and platinum, stones set by hand. This section shows what we do, how we do it — and, just as important, where we would tell you to look elsewhere.
How to use this section
This part of the site is organised the way buyers actually decide. If you already know what kind of engagement you want — OEM production, a one-off commission, a prototype before you commit — start with the business model. If you are evaluating whether we can physically make your piece, start with the craft. Most clients end up reading both.
By what you need done
Six ways to work with us, from a single prototype to repeat OEM production. Each page explains what that engagement means, what we hold steady, and where we are honest about limits.
See the six business modelsBy craft strength
The six workshop disciplines behind every build — CAD, setting, section fabrication, gold and platinum work, laser welding, hand finishing. Every craft page ends with the same question: where is the limit?

Pick the engagement that matches your project. Each page is written for that specific working relationship — the worries it answers are the ones that come with it.
Gold Jewelry Manufacturing
Pure gold, coloured gold, and platinum Pt950 fabricated to your specification — the colour is in the metal itself, not a coating.
Open this pageCustom Jewelry Production
A one-off built to one design. The route is chosen for your geometry and intent, and a senior maker stays with the piece from start to finish.
Open this pageOEM Manufacturing
Your approved file and sample become the reference, and the same route, tools, and checks run on every order — so delivery two matches delivery one.
Open this pageODM Development
You describe the product; we develop a design drawn for the bench, not just for the render — then prove it with a physical prototype.
Open this pagePrototype Development
A CAD proof, a resin form you can hold, then a metal prototype built the way production would be built — the cheapest place to find out if a design truly works.
Open this pageSmall Batch Production
More than a prototype, less than a volume line — run with the same discipline, with every piece inspected rather than sampled.

Behind every engagement are six disciplines. Open any of them to see how we apply it — and where the limit of each one sits.
CAD and 3D Prototyping
Proportions and tolerances agreed on screen before any metal is committed — you approve the model, then the bench builds it.
Open this pageDiamond and Gemstone Setting
Stones seated and secured by hand, each setting tested for hold before the piece ships.
Open this pageSection Fabrication
Complex forms built in sections and assembled where structure demands it — hollow work that survives repeat production.
Open this pageGold and Platinum Fabrication
Precious metal worked to seat spec and weight — including Pt950, which asks for heat control and patience.
Open this pageLaser Welding
Two 200W laser welders for joins that hold without weakening thin walls — the reason openwork is buildable here.
Open this pageHand Finishing
Polish and texture finished by hand to the standard the metal deserves, checked against your reference under magnification.
Open this pageThe work we take on
We are not the right bench for everything, and we would rather be clear about what we do build well. This is the shape of work that comes through our door.
- Precious metals — pure gold, coloured gold produced in-house, and platinum Pt950.
- Diamonds and gemstones — set to your seat specification and verified by hand before shipping.
- Complex and openwork forms — hollow structures, fine detail, and thin walls joined without weakening the metal.
- One-off to small batch — a single commission or a controlled run, inspected piece by piece.
- An honest read — if a design sits outside what we build well, you hear it before metal is cut, with the reason why.
Where we are honest
QDo you do plating or rhodium finishing?
No. The colour of our pieces is in the metal itself — coloured gold is produced and finished in-house. If your design depends on a plated surface, we will be straight with you about whether we are the right bench for it.
QCan you take on high-volume production?
We are built for work that rewards control over speed — one-offs, prototypes, OEM runs, and small batches. If your quantity is better served by a larger line, we will say so rather than take the order and disappoint you.
QWhat if my design turns out not to be buildable?
You hear it at the review stage, before metal is cut — with the reason why, and usually a route that gets you a buildable version of the same idea. We would rather adjust a design than deliver an almost.
QWhat do you need from me to start?
A sketch, CAD file, or reference piece — and the intent behind it. We reply with a manufacturability review and the route we would take. Email is the most direct way to reach us.
