How We Work
From your drawing to a finished piece — one team, six stages
A clear route means you always know where your design is and what happens next. No black box, no surprise at the sample stage.
Why a defined process matters
Most jewelry problems are discovered too late — in production, after the design was approved. Our route surfaces them at the drawing, where they are cheap to fix.
Before any quote
A manufacturing opinion
We read the design as a manufacturing problem first — what is buildable, what is not, and which parts we would split.
One owner
The same team throughout
Evaluation, modelling, sampling, manufacturing and inspection are carried by one team, not handed between departments.
Visible work
Photographed as it happens
Key steps — section alignment, welding, finishing — are photographed or filmed and sent back, so the judgement is visual.
The six stages
No durations are fixed here — timing is given per project at the design stage. What follows is the order of work.
Design & Feasibility
You give a sketch, CAD file, reference image or sample — plus metal, finish, stone sizes and rough quantity if you have them. We return a manufacturing opinion before any quote.
CAD & 3D
The piece is modelled in 3D. Where proportion or structure needs to be held, a printed prototype is made so you approve a form, not just a render.
Prototype / Sample
One physical piece is made. Complex structures go through section fabrication and laser assembly here — the sample has to prove the route.
Production
Sections are fabricated, dry-fitted as a set, welded joint by joint, stones set, components assembled. The sample is the reference for the run.
Finishing
Surfaces brought to the specified state — mirror, satin, brushed or mixed — with edges and grooves worked by hand where a machine would round them.
QC & Handover
Appearance and structure checked, stone security verified, quantity counted, packed. Delivery confirmed, inspection result included.
What stays constant at every stage
Three things we hold to on every project, regardless of size.
Confidentiality
NDA before files
An NDA can be signed before any file, drawing or sample changes hands. During development, work stays with the assigned team.
Evidence
You see the hard steps
Section alignment and welding are judged visually — photographed or filmed and sent back, not just described.
Reference
The sample anchors the run
The approved sample becomes the reference for any later batch, so a second order matches the first.
Where to look next
The process is easier to trust once you have seen it on a real piece.
Start with the drawing
Send a sketch, a CAD file or one sentence. We reply with a manufacturing opinion first — before anything is quoted.
