We do not sell your information. Drawings, specifications and project details stay within the team that builds your piece and are not passed on without your permission. Our workshop is based in China, so the information you send is processed there.
Retention
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet ordinary business and tax obligations. You can ask us to remove non-essential records at any time.
